The badges with two pegs and tubular nuts are correct for 66-67 GTV's. They were all pretty much made to order. Mine has things on it (like the chrome wheels & gauges) that were only on the top of the line GTV's, and it never had very basic items like a header, sway bars, shocks, etc. even the engine was bone stock.
