Title: Re: hi guys new on here Post by: roonster on April 05, 2009, 21:12:05 pm best tyre combo i have some slam 145 65's for front but can get some nice 135 firestones?rear i really dont know
Title: Re: hi guys new on here Post by: Nico86 on April 05, 2009, 21:21:01 pm For me 145/65s are too skinny for the front, 135/80, 145/80 or even 155/80 with bigger tires for the rear looks better.
Title: Re: hi guys new on here Post by: j-f on April 05, 2009, 21:29:11 pm If it was my car, I first remove all the stickers, then raise up the front, put 155/15 and 185/70, 185/80 or 195/65 rear.
For the wheels, to keep it on a budget, I would try to find stock wide rear steel wheels and remove the hubcaps. Take a look at this one. Simple, sober, nice stance and really easy to make on a budget. ;) (http://blogsimages.skynet.be/images_v2/002/548/818/20080504/dyn005_original_504_380_jpeg_2548818_b72bbc33c949c57d58f1ef0571762fbd.jpg) Title: Re: hi guys new on here Post by: Nico86 on April 05, 2009, 21:52:58 pm That's a nice one J-F, a perfect sleeper !

Title: Re: hi guys new on here Post by: Critter1 on April 06, 2009, 15:41:38 pm The red wheels would look good without the hub cps, but then it might seem like your going for the "Rat" look again. I'd say clean up the eight spokes and find a good "big & little" tire combo for them. Your hide-away exhaust is very cool, use it! As far as the 34's.... if your car runs good with them, keep them. Its not like your going to get huge gains with a set of 40's. At least with the 34's, you know the gas milage will be excellent. As far as bumpers go..... I'd say its your preference. T-bars are cheap, get a set and see what you think. What about inside your car... Do you have a steering wheel and shifter picked out? That Talbot mirror is very cool too!
