I'm pretty sure the barrels have no fins and the case is bored for a "smooth bore 94" and the barrel does not go into the case like a normal barrel. It is located using 4 dowell pins. It's in my 1993 Jaycee catalog but not on their website.
http://www.jayceevw.com/home Title: Re: 96.7mm Post by: TexasTom on May 13, 2009, 00:36:45 am The way Jack did it in my case was to make a minor counterbore that indexed the bottom of the barrels into the case and the case actually served as the lower portion of the cylinder. the index has to be perfect so the skirts will clear without issues ... imagine if it's say .003 off ... at 8000rpm!
