RARE 2L type 2 (3, 4, or 5) engine 1776cc Price: make serious offer (or at least make your offer with a straight face) All parts are new (and more than likely installed incorrectly) including 34 dual Solex type 2 carbs.Does not run (or else I would have installed it already my car) needs to be looked at by professional mechanic (or anyone with more than 5 minutes of experience with VW engines and the ability to read and understand a shop manual).Main bearings may be off centered (or it might just be the case and crank that's off centered).A experienced builder could make a nice little engine out of this mess (by tearing it completely down and starting over with a full checkbook). I'd post pics but my camera needs to be looked at by a professional the batteries are lopsided. :) Title: Re: Seriously!
