Title: So Cal EARTHQUAKE Post by: Rennsurfer on May 18, 2009, 06:08:04 am Dang, that was a pretty strong one for only a 4.7 magnitude. Happened at around 8:40pm and shook my house good. Knocked out my Internet, land line, and cell phones for awhile. Just now got everything back on. Thankfully, only a few pictures fell. No damage. Hope that everyone fared well. It was based close to me in the South Bay area.

We were moving pretty well down here in South Orange County, and it was a long one. No damage here. We are still up on the hill. I had the twins running around screaming up stairs and poor Karina was in tears. I guess we need to practice our earthquake drills some more. I'm expecting the girls won't be sleeping too soundly tonight.
