Title: how to climb Empi H rods?

hi my friend need to know how is the right way to position H rods by empi...
he says that it has a number only on one side...and not not the "I" like originals ones..
the side-number have to been down, up or is it the same?

excuse me for my bad english...but technical questions (and answers!) are difficult for me also in Italian! ;D
but i'm studing

no.

Bearing tang is a recess in rod and rod cap where the rod bearing is secured:

Anyway I raised the same question some time ago and was told that H-Beams are symmetrical so they can be installed both ways.
Only common habit says to install the bearing tangs down (facing to cam) so I did.
