Lids we made the quiet packs for - only muffler for use of US header (Bugpack, EMPI) 1 3/8" and 1 1/2" - complete CSP header and muffler and they can be with heating, with heating and pre heating (for single carbs) or no heat no heat risers (dual carbs and Jpipes) the CSP ones are in 38mm and off course we have the CSP heat exchangers and Jpipes in corresponding 38mm plse sent me mail gh@csp-shop.de and I will quote you Gunter Title: Re: CSP presents THE Quiet Packs CalLook style Post by: wolfswest on June 26, 2009, 09:45:12 am COOL! you got mail Gunter.

Title: Re: CSP presents THE Quiet Packs CalLook style Post by: Gunter on June 26, 2009, 13:43:45 pm hello
I do not know if Bugpack or EMPI US make header for 1200cc if so then our muffler can be mounted onto this header depending on modell Gunter Title: Re: CSP presents THE Quiet Packs CalLook style Post by: Brown-nose on June 26, 2009, 14:05:25 pm look nice. does the muffler flange drop down like that for the US headers ?
will they fit 1 5/8s ? thanks Title: Re: CSP presents THE Quiet Packs CalLook style Post by: Gunter on June 26, 2009, 14:20:07 pm Hi,
we made for Bugpack and EMPI but current modells which are available so if you have a recent Bugpack or EMPI in given sizes it will fit your size 1-5/8 we do not have, but off course you could reweld flange etc ... but we do not offer this from the shelf Gunter Title: Re: CSP presents THE Quiet Packs CalLook style Post by: Brown-nose on June 26, 2009, 14:44:08 pm thanks.
so the mufflers are the same for CSP and bugpack/empi in that the flange pipe drops downwards ? on a merged header that sticks out past the rear valance would the mufflers not hang too low or do they tuck back up towards the rear wings ? Title: Re: CSP presents THE Quiet Packs CalLook style Post by: Gunter on June 26, 2009, 14:58:37 pm hi
we did not make merged yet, one of the next ideas for development all depends on your sort muffler you have, as said we made flanges for current Bugpack and EMPI headers on the market CSP one is special for the CSP header so it can be too low or complete wrong for the header you have but I can not tell without seeing/test fitting off course are you coming to BugIn ? Gunter Title: Re: CSP presents THE Quiet Packs CalLook style Post by: Brown-nose on June 26, 2009, 15:31:12 pm thanks for the info, not coming to bug-in
i have a A-1 1inch 5/8s lowdown (merged) so hoping you will be making one to fit in the future ? :) Title: Re: CSP presents THE Quiet Packs CalLook style Post by: louisb on June 26, 2009, 15:44:11 pm hope you like what we did ... see you at our EBI boot if you need stuff, just email me gh@csp-shop.de before Monday latest so I can organise - 6 days ... Gunter You guys have outdown yourselves, that is a really nice piece. If you come out with a 1 3/4 merged I will take one. --louis Title: Re: CSP presents THE Quiet Packs CalLook style Post by: Dominick Luppino on June 26, 2009, 16:01:58 pm hello I do not know if Bugpack or EMPI US make header for 1200cc if so then our muffler can be mounted onto this header depending on modell Gunter Yes, BUGPACK does make an exhaust for a 1200, 2032-10 Title: Re: CSP presents THE Quiet Packs CalLook style Post by: Gunter on June 26, 2009, 16:15:39 pm Hey Louis thanks for the nice comments yes merged will be developed in the future
