I think the only reason I read the paper is for the obituaries; the only interesting news worth reading it seems.

I have two obit sites I look at daily and also saw this one.  Back in 1964 I saw Paul Revere and the Raiders perform as an opening act for the Rolling Stones.  This was at the Long Beach Arena. 

I enjoyed the Raiders far more than the Stones because for one thing you could hear them.  The girls screamed throught the entire Stones performance.

My favortie song of the Raiders has always been "Kicks".

Bummer.  My fave is "Glad All Over".  Oh wait, I might have that wrong.....similar sound.

That would be the Dave Clark Five.  Dave was the drummer and not the lead singer.
