Title: Re: pair of kadrons Post by: Dokke/DFL on January 24, 2007, 18:57:22 pm Are you going to use on your 1500 engine ?
Title: Re: pair of kadrons Post by: Diederick/DVK on January 25, 2007, 16:52:31 pm yes dokke, i know we talked about it at KWF :)
i'm turning my 1300 s/p (remember that i don't have a 1500 engine ???) into a 1600 s/p with kadrons, a valve job and compression raised to 9:1 to have some better driveability for this season, the big engine will come later. i was a little in doubt about changing cam as well but then i have to put an additional 500 euro into it for lifters, chromo pushrods, valve springs and retainers etc... didn't i send you a pm about this? Title: Re: pair of kadrons Post by: Dokke/DFL on January 26, 2007, 09:22:56 am Yes you told me a little bit, but you didn't wrote me any p.m in details.
And yes, I forgot that you don't have the 1500 engine :D ...just kidding. If you are interested in 1500 engine maybe I'll sell you my old 1500 engine ... I always kind of love to keep the 1500 engine in a 1500 beetle, don't know why ??? I've built a nice lawn-mower from it! :-)) no, it's in top condition - I guess :-) Title: Re: pair of kadrons Post by: Dokke/DFL on January 26, 2007, 09:55:26 am If you are interested in 1500 engine maybe I'll sell you my old 1500 engine ... that must be that oily lump, lying in some corner of my garage.
