Hey Udo,

I'll check with the guy, I believe his engine was about 2.4 in size.

What heads are these? What work has beed done to them?

Many thanks

J

hi
For your application i would only use original heads . they have the best cooling . The used heads i have are bored for 103 and have 47x39 valves . Perfect for an 2,4 engine and are good for up to 220 hp .

I had Jeff Denham do me a set and they were awesome and a good price. I would avoid Stateside tuning the guy is a muppet and his price for a set of heads are crazy and they fall apart after a few thousand miles >:(

JSL, that Type 2 Bus is COOL! It's going to scoot nicely with a large Type 4 engine.

Udo do you make this power on cash iron sleeves, and what is the reliability like.

Yes , i only use iron cylinders . We have longer barrels also . I most weld on an extra fin to make the heads stronger , next step would be 6 head studs. But with the welded fin it works for most application .

Stick with Udo for type 4 applications. He knows what he is doing.

James' porsche/type 4 heads are a work of art.

That may be so, but he managed to screw up a brand new T4 case for me.
(I hope that in the future Udo can help me out).
