i have been spending a lot of time in tri-city park . (but i've not been gaying , dogging , or stalking) (http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x216/iancross182/1248216391.jpg) (http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x216/iancross182/1252033931.jpg) i'm back in toxteth at the moment though as i need to put back on the weight i lost and i figured the good old fashioned english way of eating greasy food and going to the pub every night is much easier than the californian way of hiring a personal trainer and nutitionalist etc .... i got a little something in my bag for you harry , must remember to post it .....
