Title: Been getting ready for UK Drag Day
Post by: 64 RCR on March 10, 2012, 18:45:01 pm
Been tuning the motor today, it was way off tune but running well after installing the LM-2 so thought I would share it with you guys!!  ;D

P.s. The cylinder temp is high because it is not connected, and the small oil leak was from a semi loose sump plug!  ::)

Greg its a Barry Grant Demon 650cfm carb, I have fitted Percy adjust a jets in it. At the weekend I was trying 74 primary and 83 secondary but it was way too lean, so I upped the jetting to 80 P and 86 S. Knocked 1.5 seconds off my time and the afr was reading 12:1 so I was happy apart from I adjusted the idle screws in which stopped it from running off power!!  ::)
