Title: Bodem tube with a Kennedy dual disk Post by: Shag55 on August 19, 2012, 04:38:22 am Before I put back my motor I'm looking into why I'm getting so much clutch chatter. Right now I have the stock bowdem with a shim to get plenty of bend. I was recommended to do away with the bowdem when using a floater or iron disk. What's your experience?

No spings on the disk could be part of it. Thought it was weird too. Title: Re: Bodem tube with a Kennedy dual disk Post by: Stripped66 on August 20, 2012, 14:21:42 pm I'm running a single sintered iron disk with a hydraulic clutch and have quite a bit of chatter...my understanding is that's what happens when you start to put a bit of heat into that type of disk.
