beautiful! a work of art.

I can only imagine how many hours it must take to machine one. and i bet you are very happy they are aluminum and not stainless steel (it takes so much more time to machine and is hard on tools)  ;)

truely a beautiful head.

Both valve guides are clearly canted in my eyes = superior flow at higher lift.

I spotted a big problem! Better remove those heads and sell them to me Mexx, they do not fit your car at all.

I also noticed the additional inlet in the intake channels. For injectors, fuel or nos? Perhaps both?

Again thank you for sharing. Let us discuss my specs and the price so that you can bring my pair to SCC this August :)

Cool, the exhaust is obvious,
but the intake angle is very subtle, likely only a degree or so.
What were the flow numbers? 369cfm 25" at what lift?

Dear Alex

As Karl mentioned I was not able to test them at the race on the 29th of March in HU.
Sometimes there are small parts that prevent the great things to happen.  :'( :'( :'(
After first warm up the engine was runnin' pretty well, and only some minor changes were done.
Second start up was  the same as wells. But when I tried to start the engine and go racing the starter broke and I was unable to start again.

Yesterday I got the second chance to test the new heads in a racing event.
Although it was only 1/8 mile on a very dirty road track the engine and the clutch performed very well.
Being able to run the best time of the day with a 5,87 and beating the 1300 HP Audi quattro by 1/100 of a second.

As seen in the "clutch thread" Mexx did a 9.1 in 2013 with 5.9 in the 1/8mile on a prepped track.

Now, with those heads he was running same ET on that "dirt track"   ::) ::) ::) WOW.

Hi

I was out for racing on Sunday.
I was not really happy when I realiced that the traction was much better than expacted and my 4-link was set up for to much anti-squat resultring in a car that dented to wheelie heavily. Never the less I was able to win the final, and run a daily best of:

60 feet   1.458
1/8        5.985 @ 198.41km/h
1/4        9.158 @ 247.81km/h

But I guess if you let Freddy drive, the first 8 is here soon. ;D ;D ;D

Its perfect engineering, a great car, a good track.

So the last missing piece in this puzzle must be a good driver  ???

9.158!  :o
How much nitrous?

Dear Jon

As engine is still new I was runnin' less nitrous than usual keepin' the nitrous pressure lower (900 psi instead of 1050 psi)
and retardin' the ignition 2° more as I still didn't find the time for dyno.
So I guess the added horsepower was around 170-180 Hp.
The plan for the next week is to visit the dyno, and go for racing at Bechine (CZ) on 25-27 of April on a very well prepped track.

Hi

As T&T in Bechyne was canceled we changed our plans and will go on 30 of April & 1. of May to Kunmadaras (HU)
one of the best tracks I have ever raced.
The track is 70m wide and from the staring line to the end 2500m long and perfectly prepped.

Dear Udo

Every year same track @ Kunmadaras
http://www.kunmadarasmotorsport.hu/web/en/

To be honest the best track I have ever raced.
Perfect track preparation and organisation.
Although it was a one day event and nearly 400 participants I had the possibility to do 6 runs.
That's the way how racing should be.
A big honor to be part of it.
