I mean to say I have a pair of 48IDAs and would like them bored to 51.5 with the new spindles and butterflies. I see JayCee does offer this but if there is someone in the UK who is know to do carry out the work then that would be a lot easier.

Stretch has got a pair for sale for £1000 and you should get £800-£900 back for the 48s. I remember reading about boring them out and it's not easy!

We cary out a veriety of racecar work do a lot of machine work on vw engines and can also machine carbs. We make our own butterflies in house too and can easilly machine your ida's.
