1725 pounds on the starting line, 2332 cc

Car been teasing me for a while, now it is done.

I don't run 1/4 mi much, but I may try to make it out before the tracks close to try and get a 10 second slip. Best 1/4 has been a 11.22 on a 7.07 1/8

GREAT!!!!  Very nice car, launch and videos.  Clean cool control of your driving, in the inside of your car video too. School example.

That must be a strong tranny   We did 10,9 with a 2,6 wbx case engine in a street car but had to switch to a bus gearbox .  We broke some original and rhino case and  R/P's  >:(o

I have been through a few transaxles. Mike Gaginer in North Carolina is my guy, he builds a nice box. Still full synchros, no pro rings.
Rev6 has helped a lot, this is the longest lived trans I have had in years. Also my 60s are slightly quicker than my old clutch setup, but much more consistent.

Ok rev6 helps with that

That is awesome.  Turbo beetle in the other lane couldn't touch you.

Will you share your engine specs?  trans gearing?

Great to hear the Rev6 is working out.  I've got one for my 101.6x84 but have only driven the car about a block (working out valve train issues).

It's a 2332, stock style heads, lotsa compression, lotsa cam, IDAs. Real tight gearbox, I'm starting to think too tight.

Sorry I can't be more specific.

Thanks Dom.

Thanks

I have had help from people that asked I not share what they have shared with me. They have helped advance my program tremendously. I respect their wishes.

Sorry I can't be more forthcoming.

Anthony.

Thanks Anthony.  I can understand not sharing if the people supporting you have ask you not.

It sounds like a pro gas car, without all the rules.

I love how well your 67 runs Anthony, from the easy to do solid burnouts to the slingshot out of the hole. No fuss or hiccups. Just a stout running machine. 8)
