So I got this bunch of old engine stuff yesterday and I'm looking for some help ID-ing some of it.... How about the rockers? Any ideas? I have a set somewhere. Good to look at but that is all.

Nicolas, and Lids......I haven't taken off the valve covers to check yet, it was late when I got home last night & unpacked it, I'll have a proper look tonight, but I agree that the Berg number doesn't match anything in my old books either....... Thanks for the rocker info Keith, just for looking at eh? That sounds absolutely perfect for me! Haha The parts all came along with the SNG car I collected yesterday from Southampton docks....... It's going to need a lot of work, but I'm looking forward to getting into it once my chopped 67 and Stutt-Bus project are a little further along. What's the crank? Title: Re: Vintage engine parts identification/info Post by: jick on August 31, 2017, 11:34:15 am Hey Alex, The crank is a VW 69mm, 8 dowelled and counterweighted, it has a few vague markings on it, I'll post some photos later to see if anyone can identify it...
