Title: Sensors for dta
Post by: Rocket Ron on June 18, 2018, 08:17:53 am
The time has come to buy some sensors for my fuel injection set up. I was going for a speed shop crank trigger set up but they seem to be cutting down on their range so I was wondering if there are some generic sensors I can purchase on eBay or Such. I have purchased the loom through the speed shop but he needs some sensors to make it up for me. Was going to use the generic VAG coil pack but looking for recommendations for the rest.

Ecu is dta 40 and I’m going to be running twin Jenvey throttle bodies with possibly some NOS at a later date. Where did you get your sensors?   Cheers in advance

Regards Ron

There is an easy route; open the DTA program on your computer and check which sensors are preset in the ECU. Almost all can be setup manually, and there is a few that DTA setup for you.

Ron I used crank trigger wheel & sensor set up from Dubshop on 67 which we stock now, have a couple different size trigger wheels in stock for different pulleys, you just need to swap the sensor plug on loom to match
