Title: Front fenders old style embossing Post by: samotorsport on August 02, 2020, 19:38:15 pm A while back when i restored my 67 , i had some issues to find two original front fenders with the same embossing next to the headlight.
The cheap aftermarket have almost no deepening , but those i am not interested in anyhow. But even original VW seem to have at least two different shapes , a mismatch made the car looking strange , a little like cross eyed. I still have a left good fender , looking for the same for the right side . Anybody can help me identify ? Might be an illusion due to the white one is repainted and has had some slight bodyfiller applied

Some nos oval fenders won't necessarily have the headlight wire tube depending on when they were manufactured. The blue fender sure looks early, does it have hole on top for turn signal? Factory or later modification?
