Title: ARP flywheel bolts for Oxyboxer.
Post by: Bad bug on August 07, 2022, 00:56:00 am
Good day All,

Seeking ARP bolts for my oxy flywheel. I am wondering if there is any drop in bolts available that can torque up to 120ft/lbs a piece.

Bas Ahnendorp sells them, I have got their type 4 ones, They are not ARP tho. and you have to modify the holes in the flywheel.

@Eddie DVK

Do these torque to 120ft/lbs i see where you have to machine the flywheel.

@PPRMicke

APR website says 105 ft/lbs for these bolts.

No just the normal torque for flywheel bolts, only the bolts are stronger. (holding the clamp better)

3 starters with 2 discs and slick (300+ Hk Then they were screwed off with a damaged crank and flywheel
Then it was just a matter of redoing, doing the right thing, putting the ARP there 5 years later, the same screws are there
It's not how hard you tighten a screw that decides. It's the strength that the screw can handle
It is the only make (Arp) that I dare to use today for the flywheel
But I'm talking about much higher Hp

Thanks for the help. I am assuming these were a straight bolt in.
