Search plan for: Modular carriage for the assembly, inspection or repair of body

Hello,

I'm looking for technical draw of a frame (I have put an exemple here), I need exactly position of the hole and the different dimensions between them. The better is in cm, it's most exactly than a convertion in inch.
It's for making a support for welding frame « panel » and after welding « spar » on the body in the original position.
