yeah, well this one isnt "fast" anymore, it has a 1600 in it, but we just took out the motor and building a 2110, hoping to have it done by the bug in 36! |

John is my ex brother in law. Cool car John was the first with the Cal Look one piece windows back in the early 70's if I remember the story he had a glass shop in San Bernardino cut them

this is a car that i personnally like very much, can't really say why... because of it i now love 8 spokes and somehow if i wanted to build a cal-lookcar it could look like this one. to me it has a great feel about it does anyone know more about it or has more pictures? i really like to see more of it. and sorry that the picture is a bit shacky, but you try taking a picture of such a nice car and a man like bill schwimmer and not being nervous  my dad told me he is VERY honored people remember the car and the history. |

San Bernardino Glass -- They were the first to make tinted windows (where the tint was between the glass panes) for VW's also They distributed the one piece windows everywhere --and the guys that run it are still way cool -- they are setting my buddies Allstate (Henry J) up with electric windows right now |
