Universal Tire has them, but they are related to Coker, so same difference.

I run Sprint Classics on my car, nice tires with a nice price. I want them to produce a 145 tire.

Maybe one day, stock size for some european cars was 145/15, especially old Citroëns that are pretty popular in the Netherlands.
