Hello fellow racers.

I'm posting this for a German friend of mine (Klaus) as he doesn't master the English language at all:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm offering CNC services for combustion chambers for type-1 engines and connection rods (all aircooled VW)

The chambers are by personal design of the famous Heinz Willibald as well as the lightening of the conrods.

Sadly Heinz passed away this month, as a close and personal friend of Heinz I decided to continue his work to maintain availability to the VW community.

This chamber design results in noticable gains in Knock resistance and power output. Due to CNC machining the heads are automagically CC'ed to equal capacity.
Chamber volume is variable to suit your needs as well as the bore diameter

Price for the machining of the heads: EU 230,- excl shipping.
Conrods depending on the rod but are about 150,-

Inlet/Exhaust Ports can be modified up to a few mm inwards. Full CNC shaped ports from top orifice to valve seat can not be done on his machine.
So CNC matching of port and manifold, by projecting a shape you prefer on the 2 parts, can be done if you'd like to. Though the remaining part of the
'channel' has to be finished by hand.

I also modify flywheels, and custom uni-ball suspension linkage, special requests.

Thank you,

Klaus

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Klaus asked me to 'mediate' in the language barrier, so if you have any wishes or questions feel free to send me an email (in any kind of English) or Personal Message on the board.
I'm more than willing to provide this service so dont hestitate. Usually i'll have a reply within 48 hours, and so will you.
!

Thank you for reading this.

Monkyboy

According to Klaus:

Ports can be modified up to a few mm inwards. Full CNC shaped ports from top orifice to valve seat can not be done on his machine.
So CNC matching of port and manifold, by projecting a shape you prefer on the 2 parts, can be done if you'd like to. Though the remaining part of the

I hope this answers your question,

Kind regards
