Hi guys,

I have a question for you. I bought a set of H-beam rods. What I noticed is that in the case of 3 of them, when assembling, there's a tight fit of the bolt bushings. However, the last one has a pretty loose fit, I can easily disassemble it with a light pull.

I understand that the purpose of the bushings is to guide the 2 parts when they are getting bolted together. But does this "loose" fit affect reliability for an engine reving up to 8000rpm during drag racing events when the bolts are torqued properly with a stretch gauge and torque ?

Thanks for your input..

Phil
