They don't have the dual quiet pack, only the single  Sad And the tip is not chromed.

The system in that Samba ad is a 1-3/8" system... it's true that Pertronix/Thunderbird doesn't appear to offer the dual QPs at this time, but the singles they have do feature a chrome tip (www.thunderbirdexhaust.com).  I stand by my initial comment, though, no way is that system in the Samba ad worth $250 U.S.  Maybe $100, tops, but I certainly wouldn't pay $250 for it.
