hi

there is some question as to the validity of this poster as its not the same as some other bugin 27 posters advertised elsewhere.

size is 17 1/2 " x 12 1/2" and it is printed on heavy weight paper. I bought it from a guy who's farther got it in the early 80's

could anyone let me known if they have the same design in their collection or their thoughts on it.

I will withdraw it if it cannot be validated

One day, I'll have to dig all of mine out. There were two versions, if I remember correctly, and one was for being posted like a handbill. The other had writing all over the back and the entire poster was folded up and mailed to people that were on the mailing list. All of mine are the latter... and all have my address on them with Periscope Productions as the mailing from address.

From the size, it looks like it was meant to be tacked up on a telephone poll.

I've got exactly the same poster in every respect. I bought it five years ago from a Vw show in the uk. A guy had reproduced a whole bunch of cool racing posters and was selling them for 5 quid each. I saw the eBay auction recently where a guy was selling a bunch of posters claiming them to be og and that his dad had bought them in the 80's blah, blah, blah. All of his posters looked exactly the same as the repos I bought five years back. Wool, pull and eyes sprang to mind. Still a cool poster though...
