where could I get cheap parts ( estonia, finland, sweden, usa?)

One day I need a cam and springs for my type 4 engine but what would be the cheapest way for that ?

I Live in estonia and here are nothing.
Buying outside europe costs me about +25-30% + shipping
But parts seems to bee the cheapest there....

I could use my friends help getting parts from oslo, stockholm or helsinki but only in thouse citys but I dont know any shop in thouse citys.

For a start Im looking turbo cam....like 119 or something + dual springs + porsche valve adjusters.....

Besserwisser, here on the lounge has a shop in Stockholm. And he knows a thing or two about performance!

For performance parts from Finland and service in English:

Cheapest parts you would get directly from US but not sure about the Estonian taxes, shipping should be close or equal as shipping to Finland.
