I have Official VW workshop Service tool 214C, its a boxed reamer and fixture set, can anybody identify it for me?, i believe it is for T3 use.

 "Supplement to Device for Checking, Straightening and Reaming Connecting Rods
For checking and straightening removed connecting rods
For reaming newly installed piston pin bearings (little end)
For checking parallelism between piston pin bearing (little end) and big end bearings
All work is carried out with the use of the base plate, bar and gauge from VW 214b"
