I have a pair of 040 heads for sale. Purchased new at CSP (actual price € 678.- CSP Nr: 101 355 043CV). Standard 16oo Valves. Check out description at:

One stud came out while removing the manifold (thread is ok). One valve guide slipped out and has to be refixed, check image 4.
They just were used about 200km and were removed then, no cracks.
