Very nice german look 68

This is a very nice and clean 68 street car. My friend built it in 1983 . It is only the pan left that was sand blasted and painted. the body was an original new one from VW-Mexico body. It came with deck lids and doors in a big wood box :-)
Engine is a 1600 with new case , new ported 311 heads , Schleicher cam , 58 gramm Wizemann lifters , 44 idf carbs. Horsepower is 115 . This is one of the first engines we build and we raced 15 sec Et's . The car and engine have not much miles on it.
This is one very clean car and i am very sad my friend will sell it. Also the car is now since 15 years in the garage and needs a nice home and driver
