This is a nice solid useable complete steering wheel. The hornbutton has no crack's the chrome horn push has nice chrome and the steering wheel is solid with some stress cracks as pictured but no chunks missing out of it. Very solid wheel and perfect for that patina'ed ride or an easy restoration to make it perfect.
