Anyone know if this is a dry sump oil tank ? - notice different size inlet / outlets - appears to have two holes that pass through the barrel presumably for mounting it somehow ?  If you take off the screw on cap and peer inside seems to have an oily type residue - but not entirely sure of it's use....?  Came with a bunch of parts from a 70's / 80's built 1835 that was supercharged as per post with pulley. Any info would be great thanks.
