fiting problem with china breather tower

hello i'm building a 2.3  engine , and test to fit my 356 look a like breather tower on my old engine , but as you see in this pic the tower is not vertical

i think i'm not the only one have this problem

what is the way to put it vertical ?

My Chinese (Latest Rage) breather is not quite vertical as well, but does not lean as much as yours.  I used a rubber O-ring and some RTV silicone sealant to prevent oil drips. What type of seal does your kit use?

 I hate junk parts. You may be able to make a tapered plate (wedge ) to correct the angle difference .  Mike

In the OP's pic it looks like the whole engine is crooked.
Look across the top of the shroud.
Of course it could be the camera angle but the ex studs also look off.
So...possibly the oil breather/tower is close to OK...

ok i found the problem the base of the tower was note really flat
so i drill the base





and now it's ok

I forgot about that.  I also took a grinder to my base, in order to get it flatter and for the RTV silicone to bite and seal better.
