Help required, seeking car/owner

Sorry its a bit off subject but I´m trying to track down the owner of a car that was seen at Bad Camberg and EBI this year.
Its a low light Ghia in a Pan Americana racing style.............does anyone know anything about it, owner, club etc etc ?
