i have the rules of order written by then vice president Tony Gauslin in it he outlines the election rules " club officers are voted on once a year ( on the clubs anniverersary), september 29, 1977." he goes on to outline Impeachment protocal.....stickler for detail....lol....cant say i was a fan.
