im thinking of trying the 44idf update kit, my engine needs bigger carbs, anyone used then? any good?

They work good! And cheaper than updating to IDA's Wink

Agree. You can easily squeeze 10 -15 extra hp out of the 44īs, IF your engine needs more carb...
