Voila,
here's the finished beam... I'm curious to see it mounted on the car.

So here's a small-preview from the engine I'm building for Turtle's 59.
Engine is base around a industrial 30hp engine with little run hours.
The CR is raised to 8.5/1 and the intake valves have been enlarged from 30mm to the Okrasa 33mm. The heads are currently away for a 3 angle valve job.
We've been looking a long time for a good cam but couldn't find a sound Hi-power one so the Og is now away to be regrind.
The engine will be equiped with a bigger oil pump and Fram filter.
A Riechert kit will feed the engine...

i started fitting the narrowed front axle yesterday, narrowed the steeringbars, fitted new tie rods, new brake hoses, new king and link pin's and bushes, adjusted the camber, the toe in was set,...
I still have to grease everything, bleed the brakes,.........................................

enjoy the pics
