Hey guys...
how are you?
with the sunny weather we have in belgium now,
there seems to be a guy in my neighbourhood with an early 911 that likes to spank his old car pretty hard...he drives in laps , cause i saw him passing a few times in a few minutes...
he always passes my door in the weekend full throttle high revving, and ooh i like that sound Smiley
i think he s from nearby, because this is every weekend when its nice outside..
now as much as i like early 911s, as much i like to participate in his "laps", and beat the hell out of him on the straight Smiley,
you know...appearing in his back window and then pass by with howling motor: to show him, he's not the only one in town who likes to spank some german ass :d
I do it allready, but with 34hp all i can overtake is a bicycle

do you guys have some dreams like this as well? or am i a bit crazy? Smiley

I spanked the bug away from the lights the other day, there was a bunch of tuning guys behind me in a couple of French cars.
They saw me later parking up and pulled up to ask what motor I was running.........I said "Volkswagen" and walked away  Smiley

Fact is its a 1200 daily !!!!  never mind though........as long as they though it was fast......... Grin

Couple of weeks ago I had me a Porsche GT3 (twise), Volvo with a TPI v8, A 440 Charger, a 93 Corvette, and a hot 67 Mustang... 201 meter and damp conditions... makes a little bug lethal to the "big boys". Been dreaming about being able to do this for close to 18 years... just wished I did it before.
Since that night I don't know how many times I have been asked about the "Wankel engine"... guess the boys haven't heard a 2176 at 8000-9000 rpm Grin

Forget 911 scalp... I went after BMW M1 scalp with my 1776. Didn't get it but I'm sure the driver was wondering why he had to full throttle it to out run a Bug.  Wink

wait till you got that glowrider, than you will be able to accelerate even faster and you won't even loose time shifting gears.

Dare to show us a pic of that?  Grin Grin Grin

Have fun in bangkok,

grtz

I had a little run with a Lotus Elise with my 1584! Made him work for it... Wink
