filling crome strip holes, first take witney punch [ hand held hole punch ] punch slugs just larger than hole size , then take tapered hand reamer and ream holes so slug just taps into hole. backing hole with autobody dolly close to same shape as panel. then take flat faced hammer and hammer till just a little proud , sort of a high spot then take tig torch and fuse slug together. if you need rod use mig wire .023 . let cool then grind and run vixon file over area. hopefully that helps somebody.
