My idea was original Talbot mirror to install on my VW Typ3 .but has in the fitting out while they look cool, but it almost looks nothing. And yes, they thought. What do you mean? Dear original mirror mount?   Cry

sit in the drivers seat and get somebody to hold them in place before you mount them, you might be surprised how far to the rear of the car they need to be mounted!

i fitted them lower on the door. maybe not the best place as far as visibility is concerned (if talbot offer that ever...) but in my opinion they look better there as this model (simolar to mine) looks like a wing. so i personally wouldn't put it horizontally. please don't make the mistake to not weld the hole for the original mirror. i have mine still and have regretted it ever since i found my mirrors. the thing was the car was allready painted before i had the mirrors, still it would have been better if it was welded up.
