Frenchy and I want to start a new DVB club here in Phoenix. While it will be a new club, we want to honor the history and tradition of the original DVB. The club will have two types of membership: charter and active. If you live in the Phoenix area and would like to be an active member of the club, please send us an email. We are going to have an information meeting on April 25 at our home. We are very close to publishing a club website and I think it is a nice blending of the original and the new DVB. We are going to have a page for the charter (or original) members and are hoping you would like to be part of it. If so, please send us the following information, along with a photo (or two, maybe a then and now?): your name, how many years were you in the club, what VWs did you own while a member, and do you have a special memory or story about the club you would like to share. Charter members are not required to pay any dues, but we will have t-shirts and window stickers available that you may purchase. As soon as these become available, I will establish a Paypal address for payment.
