I am a football and SF 49er fan, but I did not watch the big game. I had breakfast with some friends and then we went to a couple motorcycle shops to look at gear. After looking at bikes and related stuff we really felt like riding, so we went back to my friends house and got the motorcycles. We took a nice ride through the mountains on some twisty roads and saw many other riders doing the same thing. It was fun being out with buddys and enjoying the traffic free roads. Most people were at home with their feet up Grin

So what did you do today??

Right on, Lawrence. Good to hear that some people took advantage of the great road conditions. Sounds like a fun time.

I met a bunch of friends at the Glendale skatepark and we had the two big bowls to ourselves. No traffic, great weather, cold biers, good times. Later, we met up with a few people at the D.K.P. Cruise Night at Nick's Burgers in Fullerton. Good to see a handful of people, there.

You're right... most people chose to stay at home. LUCKY US!

There was a game yesterday? Was it Baseball?? Grin

During the game, I took a 30 mile dirtbike ride on the back roads near my home Wink

It seems most of the guys I know are gearheads or jocks... rarely both IMHO.

I don't even know what time the stupid thing came on. I was out in the garage all day listening to the Zeppelin catalogue on the iPod. Mark, ask Diana if I can borrow a pen....

Good on ya. Sounds like a win-win situation.

Mark, ask Diana if I can borrow a pen....

My God... that incident was truly funny, John. Yeah, I'll remember to ask her that today. But from a safe distance.  Grin

Simple; the world's biggest waste of money/time/energy.

'Tis good to know that while most of the planet is undergoing a depression, enough people contributed $24 million towards the stupid bowel. On a much more relevant note... I hear that London is dealing with snow as I type this. I've never been there. Is that normal weather, there, Keith?

No just London - the whole of the UK has had a bit of a sprinkling of the white stuff! Down South has had a bit more than by me in the Black Country (West Midlands!), as we've only had a couple of inches. It's still managed to close over 200 schools in our area, presumably because of the Health and Safety risk of kids throwing snowballs at each other that are actually full of ice and grit! Our school is just about the only one open... Roll Eyes Even the school my girlfriend works at is shut!

Now, how about some pictures of real snow from the Scandinavians?! Cheesy
