My bug has developed a tiny bit of rust where the body mounts to the chassis in the rear whel wells (the "u" shaped bracket area). Naturally, I can only find repair panel for '66 and earlier or '68 and later. I'm not going to get rid of my z-bar so I'm leaning towrad the '68 and later panels but I'm not sure what the difference is. Has anyone else run into this problem?

For those who are interested, I answered my own question. On the drivers side, the '66 and earlier panle was closest to the '67 piece,  but I had to section in the mounting area for the Z-bar. On the passengers side, the '68 and newer panel was the closest, but I had to replace the bracket that attaches to the chassis with the original one from the car. Now I just have to finish welding them in, seam seal it, prime, paint and I'm ready to roll.
