D.B.O. Not a club; a state of mind.

This past Saturday night was a great way to finish the day. Clyde threw a COOL bowling event at Fullerton's Carter Lanes. I wish that I brought DEEKS along. But for being the only ones present (hey, someone had to represent), my girl and I had a blast with everyone that was present.

Had to dig out my bowling ball/bag/shoes and literally dust everything off. Haven't been to a bowling alley in several years. My other half had to run home and do the same thing. Ours are the ones on the left.

So we checked in and paid the $10 each to sign up. There were very nice trophies for various awards. Fastest Ball (yes... there's a built-in radar on the lanes), Most Strikes, Most Splits, etc.

Dyno & R.K. sign in.

DEEKS, we could've won THIS! HAHA!! I'm willing to bet that the Volkswagen Chancellors took that one. They showed up in force and it was apparent that they bowl.

Dyno and I were checkin' out this incredible jacket.

R.K. and Dyno discuss who knows what while the jacket is quite alright with that.

The only time I'll most likely ever see 300 next to my name. HAHA!! This was about three quarters through the four games, and the scoring system keeps a running total of each individual's games. All new to me. I miss the old days when we had to fill out the score sheet. This planet is making it way too lazy for us humans. Or so it seems.

When he wasn't playing Master Of Ceremonies, he was justifying ownership of his 1984 bowling style shirt that was issued to him back then. He was required to announce events in that very shirt. Finally... a place where it looks more fitting; a bowling alley. HAHA!! Cool to see that you still fit into it, Don.

Didn't take too many pics. Was having way too much fun, bowling with Rick Sadler and the rest of the crew. Really hope that the Bergs do this again, for future VW events. We got tired and didn't stay for the final raffle tickets calls. There were a TON of cool prizes that were given away. Thanks, Berg family for having us! GOOD TIMES!

Thank you, Fabian. You must bowl with us, next year, when you're out here.
