Finally made it into the 12s with a best of 12.87@104.  Running m and h DOTs, IRS rear, beam front. 60 foots are around 1,85 - 1,9.

Currently I have dropped spindles on the front, 90/10 shocks, stock rear end barring T2 CVs, 944 stubs. I ran 18lbs in the dots, launched at about 4k.

Am I being realistic in thinking there are a couple of tenths in the 60ft ? 1.6 ish ? Was not really pushing hard in the burnout, just 1st gear. Still needs a lot of tuning work - dyno in a couple of weeks.

What size are you on the torsion bars in the rear?
Ride heights on the car rear?
I often have 1-1.1 / 2 degree angle on the car as a basic setup

Axles are about level at rest (probably a bit low)'
I was thinking going back to stock spindles and lifting the rear slightly would help with weight transfer and getting the tyres to stick.

If you watch the video at 0:15 you can see how the car is not moving weight 
You may have problems with the clutch to the wheels lose traction

M&H D.O.T.'s ROCK!  Burn them in second in the waterbox- I usually just go until I can see the smoke in the side view mirror, still probably more than necessary.  Virtually same setup as your car except no 90/10's, just stock shocks and the first time I went out with them the car went mid 1.6's all day at 18psi- just be sure your gearbox is up to the task because these WILL HOOK!
