Judging by the placement on the front beam and engine location the pan has to be even with the side chrome trim I don't think you could even laydown in it also  with that motorcycle gas tank on the roof you wont get far feeding that motor

Seen it drive, the big problem is that you have no idea where you´re going. The guy on the right is giving him directions...
Also since you drive it more laying down than sitting your head is pretty far from the front window which makes i all worse.

I actually think it´s cool. But as a joke or parody, not as a car. I don´t think it´s meant to be taken too seriously in the first place.

The pan halves have been lowered a bit.
BTW, are speedo needles flexible?
