It's free to sign up to VolksWorld USA - the on-line magazine. Just go to page 11 and sign in and the new issue will be sent out on the day of release to your mailbox.
It's as easy as that.
We were thinking of doing a special discount - but then realised you can't discount something that's free!  Grin
