I figured I would finally introduce myself after lurking and posting a while. I have pretty much always had a VW in my life but my focus just changes.

My name is Larry and I live outside of Philadelphia, PA, USA and am 36. I have always been into Callookers and just love them. THrough school I couldn't afford the parts and finally after a divorce I am starting to buy the stuff I always wanted. I have owned a 67 70's style disco Callook vert for about 12 years. It is the last thing that I had from the marriage....I am keeping it. It is very rusty but a perfect decklid. I have been buying pieces to redo it to proper callook style. This is the first week that I ahve actually seen it in the garage in five years. It has been covered with piles of parts....

I also have a 66 Notchback N Model from the west coast that is an 80s looker....with S&S header and dual QP, 1776 with 42 DCNFs, Porsche brakes and cookie cutters. They may be changed soon for Ruches....Stay Tuned. They came in yesterday and I am still debating. I just love driving them. I also have some rusty junkers around like most...68 t2 Panel nad 66 fasty....They are wasted.

I have sold a few 50's American Kustoms and muscle cars and my garage is filling up with smaller toys. I am still keeping some stuff like my 58 Lyndwood Front engine dragster and 57 f100 (and maybe my 57 Ranchero haha).

Anyway, I am sure this is completely unreadable and enough rambling. Here are some pics.....Gppd to meet you all and I hope to see you in Europe and on the west coast soon.

L

Hi Larry.  I took this pic in 2004 at Maple Grove.

I'm a little west of you in PA.

You are the guy that Richie bought his Bus off of correct....I love that Java Green car.

Funny thing is that car doesn't look that rusty in pics....haha.

No, that must be Allen.  He has a Java Green '65 that is real low; mine is a '67, not quite as low.  I like to drive around his neighborhood and confuse the neighbors!
