Today it was open day at Pat's in the sometimes sunny Nivelles, north of Wallifornia. Some Wunderwaffe, more nice cars, free drinks and free food and a hole lot of friendly DAS people. Good times.

They even fired the Dyno up, man, did Pat's grandmother not like the sound of that!

A very large garage for sure, more than room enough to display some fine custom bodies.

these are original '71 ghia reflector housings imho  Wink

Yes... what a gorgeous car. I agree with Tero. Normally I don't care for most VW kit cars that I see, that that one is a great exception.

it's the first time i see those one , are they rare Huh or only export model Huh

I'm almost positive that only the export models got those, Fabian. Although the larger rectangular ones were more common on the '70 & '71 Karmann Ghia bodies.

We cruised down (up in fact ) from Paris with four cars. Lanny the 67 is an awesome motorway cruiser  Wink

NICE! Love the photos, Madfrog... you're right about the cars. Simply gorgeous. Really dig the earth tone convertible, the Brasilia, and the Fastback.
